#2 One Key Item for Spring 2012

Dreamcatchers are certainly haunting the dreams of the fashion industry as the 70's staple is sneaking its way into the closets of fashionistas across the globe. A dreamcatcher denim jacket has the 70's written all over it. Pairing nicely with these white frocks too, bold accessories with more simple, 70's inspired looks, seem to be the upcoming trend for Spring 2012, specifically dreamcatchers. Nothing goes better with a white lacy dress than a dreamcatcher necklace and turquoise bracelets except maybe a great pair of staggering stilettos in tan.  From http://lookbook.nu/#more

Speaking of both 70's and stilts, all it takes is a fantastic pair of pointy yellow shoes to raise the stakes on a simple outfit of ripped denim shorts and a yellow tank top. Leather studded fringe is a modern take on the classic fringe bags that bring you back to the Beatles and reminds me of some luscious leather making an appearance at H&M this past fall. Nothing says fierce female quiet like this barely-there backless number paired with statement black wedges sky-high. It's amazing this chic chica isn't tumbling off her shoes into the water given the fantastic array of heavy metal around her wrist; talk about having a cross to bear. From http://lookbook.nu/#more

A tiered pink dress and structured pink blazer seem girly enough; however with that legwear, someone raided the closet of Dita Von Teese.  Bangles blend their way onto the wrist of this lovely lady, upping the accessories ante. A classy clutch completes the look, paying tribute to bold accessories for Spring 2012. From http://lookbook.nu/#more

Simple skinny jeans and a blazer are a go-to outfit for any fashion-conscious (I know i've worn my fair share of this particular "uniform" when running late.) But the pop of zebra certainly spices up this staple ensemble.  Apropos to bold accessories, a light floral scarf is absolutely perfect for Spring, and this look. Ringing in the new season, edgy rings are a surefire way to spruce up any outfit and certainly do the trick here. From http://lookbook.nu/#more

Speaking of bold accessories, these bracelets, specifically the gemstone one, simplify the mixed patterns of this particular look. Who knew polka dots and florals could work so well together, a pair of fierce shades adds even more edginess to this eclectic ensemble.
